Palm Point is a stunning 3bed/2bath single family in Marathon on the gulf side of town. This property has stunning open water views with a brand-new concrete pool.
The home has an open concept kitchen & dining room, while the living room over looks the pool & water. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room.
Master has king bed with en suite bath, one guest bedroom has king bed and other guest room has two twins. Shared hall bath.
Rooftop deck out back overlooking pool & water way.

Snorkel, scuba, boating, waterfront dining…we did it all! Great location to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Beautiful views from air-conditioned sun room and even better sunrise & sunset views from upper deck.

As this was our fifth year at this property, it is probably obvious how much we love it. The home is fully equipped, the area has grown despite having experienced a hurricane in 2017, and the view of the Gulf is spectacular. We are looking forward to our visit again in 2019 – it’s always a pleasure!!

The home provided plenty of space for my spouse and I along with another couple. The two bedrooms were and two baths were great. The master bedroom is very large and,we it’s own bath plus,it overlooked the bay. Very private and the neighbors were very pleasant and were quiet. The staff from Florida Keys Vacation Inc. Was fantastic and easy to work with. The home was well stocked with all the pots and pans, several skillets, the rep from Vacation Keys Inc. Provided her own keurig and a new crock-pot for us! Great service. The only two challenge that we had was the stink of sewage once in a while and that could had been because of the recent hurricane and we were in the glide path of the near by airport. Good thing, no flights at night. It was well worth the cost and I don’t like blowing money. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Nice place and may consider it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped – even had a cooler and thermos jug to take on our picnics. Lovely location in a quiet neighborhood plus Marathon is in the middle of the Keys so within driving distance of Key Largo at one end and Key West at the other end.

We have been spending winters in the keys for several years now. This rental was one of the best. Vicki was easy to work with and quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds comfortable. We felt safe in the area. It was close to all our favorite restaurants.

What we can say is, the house is a Dream at a nice Location ! We had a great time an we would Friends propose to go to this Place. Especially the style and the Details were lovely. It gave us the Feelings to be at home during our vacation. Two small points for Improvements : please say the staff to clean up the inside of the oven before new guests come. And please check the tv in the Rom just beside the kitchen. No Signal comes to the Set . But!!!! Thank you for the nice time. We are sure, we come back.
