Review

The deck was very large and the view was amazing. Nice to listen to waves crashing only feet from your window. It was very conducive to total relaxation. Close to restaurants and even in walking distance.

Very nice location but the rental needs some improvement in décor and amenities to make it more comfortable. The Casa Clara property is lovely, the unit’s view is lovely and rental agent great. Spend a few dollars and your renters would be ecstatic. The unit needs proper dining room chairs (currently there are 3 folding chairs), a desk chair, lighting (one lamp in the living room is not enough for readers), a clothes drying rack, washcloths (NONE), cleaning supplies, a dish scrubber, rubber spatula, pour measure cups, oven mitts. There were NO hangers in the guest bedroom. There are no towel bars in the bathrooms. Small but irritating not to have these items. Add these and the unit would be 5 star.

We had a very good time. The condo was neat and clean. The pool was a big hit. The fishing pier was too. We saw manatees twice!!

This condo was just as described, check in and out was a breeze. Comfy bed, sheets were a bit scratchy, we went and bought a new set…but I am picky about my sheets! Having washer and dryer was great! I guess the owner has clothes in closet and in dresser, that for me was strange but overall it was a nice condo

The condo has great amenities. There is a beach and pool. There is a nice pier that we watched Dolphins. There are restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great place for couples.

This was our second year renting this unit. We had a wonderful time again this year. We would have loved to return again however the rent for next year was almost doubled. There are many positives about the condo, nicely painted walls, beautiful view from the balcony. The unit could use some updating. There were no pot holders and we had friends over and the silverware was very scarce. Lighting in the bedroom was very dim. There is no bathroom facilities at the pool and we felt the management of the facilities resented those who rented from outside rental agencies. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend the condo to friends is the large increase in rent.

We stayed with a 2 and 3 year old at this place for 2 weeks and enjoyed the beach, ocean, pool, and pier everyday. Loved the views from the condo. Unit was clean as was the bedding and towels. Kitchen was stocked with most of the essentials but teaspoons and regular drinking glasses were sparse. Loved the fact the washer and dryer were in the unit. Location was perfect for us in a quiet relaxing key. Two doors down there was restaurant with good food. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and ready for our arrival. Large and brightly painted unit with nice ocean view to the west. The internet did not work on arrival but management company arranged new installation within a few days. As an older unit, the kitchen could use some updating and would be nice to have a BBQ grill. Overall very nice vacation and we will rent this unit again when we return to the Keys.

The management company was very easy to deal with. Fast and courteous responses were provided. The rental was clean and had everything you need for a great stay. We did notice a lot of personal items such as clothes and jewelry, which was a bit odd to see as usually this stuff is locked away. We would recommend this facility and your rental company.
